Birthday Vacation (France, Luxembourg, Belgium)

Well here we go again, this time it's to celebrate my 50th birthday. We are gathering together with our good friends (Darryl & Tamie and their kids Kensie & Brandon) the 6 of us will be traveling together for this fantastic adventure. It's their first time in Europe so I hope they have a wonderful experience.  First we start out in Paris where we will meet up with Shirley, Anne, Norm, Vicki, Gene and Conlon. The 12 of us will go to Auberge Pyrenees Cevennes for a wonderful birthday dinner. This restaurant has been written up for having the best cassoulet in Paris! I think I know what I want for my dinner! From what I have been told it's also the President of France favorite restaurant. All that really counts is it's Norm & Vicki's favorite so it's got to be good! After 5 days in Paris it's off to Luxembourg along with Anne for 3 days where we will see CJ's old stomping grounds. We will be taking a day trip to Remich where we will try some sparkling wines then drive along the scenic Mosel river. After Luxembourg we travel to Bruges where we meet up with Shirley To tour Bruges and fly on a morning hot air balloon over Bruges and the country side, that's going to be awesome! 3 days later its off to Brussels with Shirley for another 5 days where we will take 3 day trips. The first to tour Mechelen and visit the brewery Het Anker the makers of Gouden Carolus. Second to tour Ghent and to visit the Steenberge Brewery where they make Gouden Draak. Last but by all means not least to Freyr to visit the Meuse Castle and to Yvoir to visit the Bocq Brewery where they make Corsendonk. I cant wait to get going.
